Act
as primary Tivoli Administrator for Tivoli projects and provide
technical support for NMCI client's Tivoli-based infrastructure.

Demonstrate
familiarity with the Unix and Windows NT platforms to effectively
install and administer the TME product line on either platform.

Design,
develop and implement Tivoli solutions for clients, in a heterogeneous
environment, as well as implement solutions in a wide range of
Tivoli management products depending on client needs.

Assist
in implementing centralized management solutions for existing
in-house IT infrastructure (i.e. TSM, DNS), and for event production
environments (i.e., operating system management tasks for multi-system
portable racks). These solutions may include software/hardware
installations and integrations either done on-site, or in-house.

Document
and communicate details of procedures to be used for configuration
and administration.

Provide
support as a Tivoli Administrator doing installations, monitoring,
performance & tuning in Tivoli suite of products.

Install,
support, and maintain Tivoli software running on Sun Solaris Unix
and other operating systems.

Work
closely and cooperatively with other technical groups, including
Database Administrators, Storage and Performance Administrators,
Information Security, Computer Operations, and applications programmers
supporting the Tivoli infrastructure.

Lead
and participate in work groups and projects that evaluate and/or
recommend architect enterprise management solutions.

Assist
Help Desk staff to support users by providing the expertise needed
to create, modify, implement, and integrate systems management
services and products.

Work
independently, or as part of a team, to manage your own time to
complete tasks as directed by the Project Manager.

Assist
Oahu NOC training functions to develop and revise course curriculum,
acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Tivoli products.

Provide
system documentation of related processes and procedures.
-
Provide
system reporting for related processes and procedures.
