Project Manager

1. Champion IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) in support of Hawaii site management (SM).
     a. Baseline the Site Project Plan with the Area Manager/SM.
     b. Leveraging presence at Hawaii site to facilitate coordination between various ISF portfolios, as site management requires to accomplish IMS events.
     c. Track schedule and work with SM and PMO site rep to implement changes/updates for transitioning NMCI sites from the "As-Is" to the "To-Be" environment.
     d. Evaluate and share with Claimant and Site management any HQ-sourced changes to ISF policies or practices that may impact IMS at Hawaii site.
     e. Ensure the SM is kept cognizant Area Manager actions/intentions with regard to their related/remote site work.
f. Integrate WAN service planning into the site's IMS by working with the WAN Provisioning Working Group and using applicable documentation (WAN Provisioning Circuit Status, WCOM FOC/NOR and IMS).
2. Seek opportunities to assist in resolving issues identified by Claimant or Site Managers.
     a. Track site issues and support site management's work to resolve them through coordination opportunities.
3. Coordinate with site management, the TOT (Transition Operations Team) Scheduler, and TOT Security in planning and scheduling of initial in-briefs to the customers.
     a. Ensure site administrative guidance is provided for visiting team(s).
     b. Security and access requirements are coordinated through TOT Security, Scheduler and VT Leads.
     c. In-brief preparatory meetings' timelines, location and participation are coordinated.
     d. Participate in the initial customer in-briefs, if possible.
4. Work with SMs in establishing and monitoring changes in:
     a. The number of seats that are in the "As-Is" environment and the location of the seats, through setup and monitoring Validation Team processes.
     b. The number seats and other CLINS ordered by customer in Task Orders.
5. Assist site management in preparation for Desktop Rollout.
     a. Work with site management in linking Task Orders, Validation Team results and Logistics rollout timelines, considering particular site issues/limitations.
6. Assist site management in the production of periodic reports and the dissemination through ISF including:
     a. The Daily Validation Team's Site Report
     b. The Weekly Site Management Report
          i. Production of the NMCI SITBOARD.
7. Assist SM with customer meetings through support research/analysis, as required.
8. Participate in the Area Manager's meetings and support action items in a coordination role.
9. Participate in the TOT meetings and conference calls.
10. Participate in Server Farm meetings and feedback to site management any applicable information that may impact them.
11. Participate in Site Design Review process and assist site management in coordinating effective actions in response to outstanding issues.
12. Participate in defining and developing standard procedures for repetitive processes.
